We currently accept private pay, Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, auto no-fault, and HSA/HRA cards. Individuals with an annual salary of $30k or less are eligible for reduced fee services. Current private pay rates are as listed here https://www.divergecommunity.com/general-5-1
